Your Role

As a Logistics Coordinator, you’re the backbone of our logistics operations. You’ll handle administrative tasks and oversee the entire shipping process, ensuring everything arrives at the right place at the right time.

You’ll also lead a team and play a key role in optimizing logistics processes. Working closely with different departments, you’ll help keep everything running smoothly and efficiently.


  • Your Responsibilities
  • Act as the first point of contact for carriers and customers, ensuring clear and efficient communication.
  • Plan and manage customer orders and transport schedules.
  • Ensure smooth coordination of incoming and outgoing shipments.
  • Prepare invoices for warehousing and transport services.
  • Oversee logistics operations in the warehouse and ensure efficiency.
  • Welcome and guide carriers upon arrival.
  • Handle all transport documentation accurately.
  • Manage forwarding-related activities and invoicing.
  • Continuously look for ways to improve work processes.
  • Maintain a safe and well-organized work environment.
  • Basic knowledge of customs procedures and experience with different transport modalities is a plus.


Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 17:00 (subject to slight adjustments based on incoming orders and processing needs).


Your Profile

  • MBO+ level of education and experience.
  • 3-4 years of experience in a logistics environment.
  • Strong administrative and organizational skills.
  • Experience with MS Office (Word and Excel).
  • Proficient in Dutch and fluent in English.
  • Full-time availability and own transportation.

  • Salary: €3,000 - €3,500 per month.
  • Travel allowance: €0.23 per kilometer.
