Logistic Planner

What will you do as Logistic Planner?
- Order management and wave allocation ensuring workload is efficiently balanced and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are met.
- Monitoring progress, Documentation and Transport planning, ensuring orders have complete international paperwork and loaded on time to meet OTS.
- Ensure urgent order are prioritized and and all inbound shipments are planned well to achieve the SLA.
- Prepare input for daily, weekly, and monthly meetings to review performance and operational efficiency.
- Optimize warehouse workload to ensure efficient operations and prevent bottlenecks.
- Collaborate with Planners, supervisors, and warehouse operators to ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain effective communication with external partners, including customers, transportation teams, carriers, and other warehouses.
Worktimes:
Monday - Friday from 08:00 - 17:00 hours
Requirements for a Logistic Planner:
- 1-2 years of experience in logistics, with a focus on planning, coordination, or operations (experience in roles like trouble shooter, team lead, coordinator, planner is a plus).
- You are full time available (40 hours).
- Proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
- Advanced knowledge of Google Sheets and Excel.
- Strong sense of ownership and responsibility for your work and the overall success of the team.
What will you get as Logistic Planner?:
- A hourly wage of €16,13 tot €20,41 (based on your experience).
