Distribution Specialist II

We are seeking a highly motivated team member for the role of Distribution Specialist to develop, manage and maintain a GMP/Non-GMP warehouse and inventory management system in the exciting new area of cancer immunotherapy. Distribution and Warehouse Operations is part of the Site Supply Chain Department.

The Supply Chain – Distribution team effectively and efficiently directs warehouse management functions to ensure manufacturing operations, quality and delivery goals are met. In this role you will support manufacturing operations, product shipping and component receiving to ensure inventory accuracy, timely supply of materials and on time shipments.

Specific job duties currently needed:

• Perform Manual Material Decontamination in accordance with procedures and policies while following EHS requirements (60%)

• Prepare and deliver raw materials to various departments as needed ensuring proper procedure and temperature range are being followed (20%)

• Restack incoming goods and prep/restack outbound goods/materials, per established policies and procedures (20%)

General duties as assigned:

• Plan, oversee, and participate in the warehouse management operations and activities to support (production) operations and other internal customers

• Manage the day-to-day assignments of warehouse job tasks and monitor completion of required activities

Perform accurate ERP transactions

• Communicate inventory discrepancies to warehouse operations team and escalate when appropriate

• Cross-train in all areas of the warehouse operations

• Always adhere to all safety procedures and GMPs requirements

• Always keep warehouse operation clean and inspection ready

• Work in cleanroom environment

• Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Must be able to work in highly regulated environment. Knowledge of GMP is considered a plus

• Must be comfortable to work on repetitive tasks

• Hands-on

• Computer literate

• Collaborative/team player

• Living in the Amsterdam area and in possession of own transportation

• Only candidates with a valid EU work permit will be considered
