Dangerous Goods Compliance Officer

We are looking for a Dangerous Goods Compliance Officer to ensure compliance with dangerous goods regulations. You will oversee safe storage and transport, ensure accurate documentation, and provide training for staff handling hazardous materials. This role requires strong regulatory knowledge, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
What are your main focus points within the job?
- Create and issue dangerous goods paperwork.
- Advise on the safe storage and transport of dangerous goods.
- Monitor compliance with regulations.
- Prepare annual reports on dangerous goods activities.
- Ensure proper training for staff handling dangerous goods.
Work hours:
Monday – Friday from 08:00 – 17:00 hours (some flexibility may be required occasionally).
What do you need to be our Dangerous Goods Compliance Officer?
- Education: Certified in relevant transport regulations (IATA, ADR, IMDG).
- Experience: 5+ years in QEHS roles, ideally in logistics or manufacturing.
- Skills: Strong knowledge of logistics operations and compliance procedures.
- Job: Looking for a long-term position.
- Language: Proficiency in spoken and written English.
