Ready to play a vital role in keeping shipments safe and compliant? We’re looking for a reliable DG Agent to join our team handling dangerous goods for air and road transport. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates who want steady evening hours, clear procedures, and the chance to grow, temporary with potential for permanent placement.
What you’ll do
- Inspect, label and document DG shipments, ensuring correct segregation and packaging
- Load shipments safely (including ULDs) and follow all air and road DG regulations
- Complete defined processes accurately and on time using local or EMEA systems
- Identify anomalies, resolve routine issues and escalate complex matters to senior staff
- Communicate with colleagues, customers and vendors to ensure smooth operations
- Provide feedback to improve processes; perform other duties as assigned
How you’ll make an impact
- Ensure safe, compliant transport of hazardous materials
- Reduce delays and exceptions through attention to detail and timely escalation
- Support continuous improvement in DG handling procedures
What we’re looking for
- Valid Certificate of Good Conduct (VOG) required
- DG training for AIR and ROAD required — training can be arranged
- Strong attention to detail, ability to follow procedures, and good communication skills
- Reliable, punctual and able to work the 16:00–20:00 shift
