About the client

Our client in Montfoort operates in the distribution and logistics sector, providing warehousing, order fulfilment and delivery services for customers across Europe. The warehouse team works on accurate order handling, safety and efficiency to meet service and delivery targets.

For this team, we are looking for a Warehouse Operative who will carry out daily warehouse duties and ensure smooth operations.

The role

As a Warehouse Operative, you are responsible for picking, packing and shipping customer orders using RF scanning technology. You will maintain high standards of health and safety, hygiene and productivity in the warehouse. You will also support stock management, liaise with sales staff, and assist production when required.

Your work directly contributes to accurate order fulfilment, compliance with company procedures and achievement of service level KPIs.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a fast‑moving distribution environment
• English and Maths qualifications to GCSE level
• Experience with RF scanning technology and strong attention to detail
• Knowledge of health and safety standards in a warehouse environment
• Basic PC skills for reporting and documentation
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently or as part of a team
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Available to work Monday to Friday, 8:00 – 17:30 NVQ qualification in Warehouse Operations (desirable)
