Process Engineer | MSAT | Cell Therapy Manufacturing | Up to €61,000 | Hoofddorp (Hybrid)
Join an innovative cell therapy manufacturing site as a Process Engineer and help support commercial T-cell therapy production, focusing on impact assessments, deviation investigations, product release support, and continuous improvement in a cGMP-regulated environment.
Offer
- Salary: up to €61,000 gross per year
- Location: Hoofddorp, Netherlands
- Hybrid: Up to 2 days remote per week
- Work Model: Full-time (40 hours)
- Contract: Initial 12-month contract with strong potential for extension or permanent conversion
- Schedule: 08:30–17:00 | Monday–Friday | Up to 2 days WFH
Your Responsibilities
- Perform impact assessments in support of product release
- Lead and support deviation investigations using structured Root Cause Analysis tools
- Develop and implement CAPAs to address identified root causes
- Support change controls and continuous improvement initiatives
- Author and revise SOPs, batch records, and technical documentation
- Ensure compliance with cGMP requirements and internal quality standards
- Support documentation updates related to investigations and process improvements
- Partner with Manufacturing, Quality, MSAT, and other technical stakeholders
- Support operational troubleshooting and technical problem-solving
- Contribute to process optimization and operational excellence projects
Qualifications and Experience
- BSc in Biochemical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Biomedical Sciences, Molecular Biology, Biotechnology, or related field
- Experience in cell culture, cell therapy, or aseptic processing
- Proven experience working in a cGMP-regulated manufacturing environment
- Experience leading investigations, writing deviation reports, managing change controls, and implementing CAPAs
- Strong understanding of scientific and engineering principles
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
