Cleaning Employee (cleanroom) — Hoofddorp

Join a leading biopharmaceutical employer as a Cleaning Employee and help keep our cleanrooms safe and compliant so important therapies can be produced.

Offer

• Salary: €43.560 per year
• Location: Hoofddorp (100% On-site)
• Shift: Evening Shift and Night Shift (Includes weekends and bank holidays).

What you’ll do

• Carry out sanitary and aseptic cleaning tasks in cleanrooms according to strict GMP procedures
• Maintain sterile and non-sterile protective garment stock across locker rooms
• Complete and sign accurate documentation for all activities
• Take required trainings and follow company policies and procedures
• Monitor cleaning product inventory and report shortages
• Assist other departments when needed and perform additional tasks as requested
• Work safely and efficiently in line with regulations

Who you are

• Minimum education: secondary school diploma
• Experience following cleanroom protocols and working under strict rules and procedures (required)
• Comfortable working in environments where biological and hazardous waste is handled
• Able to read English documents (SOPs, manuals, policies)
• Team player, reliable, punctual, with a strong work ethic
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Flexible to work night shifts and overtime when needed
• Previous cleanroom / cGMP cleaning experience is a plus

• Works well independently with minimal supervision
• Adapts quickly to changing circumstances
• Results- and customer-oriented
• Motivated and dependable

Practical requirements

• Physically able and willing to wear protective gear (goggles, face shield, gloves)
• Willing to work night shifts and weekends
• Living near Hoofddorp or having your own transport (shift times can make public transport difficult)
