About the role
As a Packaging Engineer you will bring packaging technology and equipment expertise to production areas, ensuring processes, equipment and changes are implemented safely, efficiently and in fully GMP compliant.

A major international Pharmaceutical company present in 140 markets, with products covering a wide array of conditions and diseases, with a focus on those those that affect women disproportionately or differently, such as atopic dermatitis, cardiovascular disease, and migraine.
Offer
- Salary: up to €5900 per month (depending on experience);
- Contract Type: Initial Temporary contract with clear path and intention for extension and conversion to permanent;
- Work Model: Full-Time, 40h, On-site
- Work Schedule: Day shift: Monday to Friday, 08:00–16:00;
- Benefits: Pension plan, travel allowance and yearly bonus.
Key responsibilities
- Provide packaging technology expertise to Manufacturing, such as the transfer and implementation of new packaging processes/technologies.
- Produce engineering project documentation (plans, protocols/reports, risk assessments, change control, URS, qualification docs).
- Lead and document investigations and root-cause analyses for CAPEX, changes and improvements (incl. CAPA follow-up), and drive continuous improvement.
- Execute and report equipment qualification (IQ/OQ/PQ) for products, processes and technologies.
- Ensure GMP and SHE compliance to enable safe, compliant operations.
Qualifications and Experience
- HBO level (Bachelor or equivalent) in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Several years of relevant experience in the pharmaceutical industry or a similar multidisciplinary environment.
- Strong technical/technological orientation; able to maintain overview and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
- Experience writing protocols and performing/reporting equipment qualifications.
- Knowledge of secondary and tertiary packaging technologies and packaging materials.
- Knowledge of GMP requirements, EHS/SHE guidelines and preferably Lean principles.
