Customer Service Agent - Chemical Industry | Leiden | Salary up to 2950€ per month | 28 hours per week
Join a major Chemical and Water Treatment’s company as a Customer Service Agent in Leiden.
Here you'll use your high energy and social skills to partner with customers and help them achieve maximum benefit from the company's products, joining a team striving to exceed objectives and drive greater customer satisfaction.
What You Will Do:
- Handle aprox. 60 inbound calls per day;
- Manage outbound calls, depending upon volume;
- Handle all calls in a prompt and courteous manner;
- Develop and maintain working knowledge of products, accounts, company representatives, tools and dispensing systems;
- Process orders, literature requests, and applies information to our customers;
- Proficiency to assist customers and field staff with issues;
Offer:
- Salary: up to 2950€ per month based on 28h per week
- Contract: Initial 6 months contract with possibility of extension
- Work Model: Part-time, Onsite at the Leiden office.
Qualifications and Experience:
- High school qualifications or equivalent;
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite software (Excel, Word, Access, and Outlook);
- Experience using Customer Service software (preferred);
- Works independently in a fast-paced environment;
- Strong problem solving and interpersonal skills;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Dutch;
- Highly dependable team player;
- Ability to prioritize workload and complete responsibilities on time;
- SAP knowledge;
