Pharmaceutical Technician – Preparation (GMP) Up to €3,850 per month (incl. shift allowance) | Eindhoven, Netherlands

  • Salary: Up to €3,850 per month, including shift allowance

  • Employment Type: Full-time (32–40 hours per week)
  • Work Model: On-site
  • Shift Type: Day shift or early shift starting at 03:30 (with allowance)
  • Contract: Initial temporary contract via Gi Group, with intention for permanent employment directly with the company

Your Role

In this role, you’ll be responsible for the aseptic preparation of pharmaceutical products in a cleanroom environment.

Working according to GMP guidelines, you’ll ensure accuracy, compliance, and quality at every step of the preparation process of pharmaceutical products that are distributed to hospitals and clinics across the Netherlands and internationally—directly supporting patient safety and care.


Key Responsibilities

  • Perform aseptic preparation of pharmaceutical products in accordance with GMP guidelines
  • Work in a controlled cleanroom environment, following strict hygiene and safety procedures
  • Receive, review, and verify prescriptions and production orders
  • Place orders and maintain professional contact with healthcare customers
  • Perform in-process quality checks and support preliminary product release activities
  • Accurately complete documentation in line with GMP and internal procedures
  • Participate in working groups and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Contribute to a compliant, efficient, and patient-focused production process


Qualifications & Experience

  • MBO or HBO degree in a laboratory-related field such as Analytical Chemistry, Biochemistry, Microbiology, Pharmacist Assistant, or similar
  • Previous experience in a laboratory, pharmacy, hospital, or healthcare environment is a strong plus
  • Experience working in a GMP-regulated environment is preferred
  • High level of accuracy, precision, and attention to detail
  • Good command of Dutch and English (both required)
  • Comfortable working early shifts and in a cleanroom setting
