You will be working in a great and very clean production environment, well structured and eager to hire people who are motivated to learn and looking for long-term employment. This company builds data servers and other devices. In this day and age, data servers play a major role in our society, mostly unseen, but we can’t live without them.
To work for this company, experience is less important than the eagerness to learn, grow and follow instructions in English. At GI Group we’ve seen multiple successes with this client: someone who started with no experience but a strong drive to learn is now a technical specialist and team leader.

08:00 – 16:30 hours
What do we look for in a Production Worker?
- Able to work 40 hours per week (we can’t deviate from this);
- Available for a long period of time (the company prefers temporary work with long-term perspective);
- Able to travel to the Fokker Park, Oude Meer (near Schiphol);
- Speaks and reads English well.
What can you expect as a Production Worker?
- You will learn a lot about technical aspects, specializing in electronics;
- 40 days off per year (27 standard holidays + 13 ADV days);
- Starting wage of €16.06 per hour + 2% pension compensation for every worked hour;
- Opportunities to develop yourself and apply internally for different roles;
- Rotation between departments, giving more variety within your role;
- Pension and travel allowance.
