Warehouse Team Lead at Almere, Flevoland

They are expanding their logistics operations in Almere, and we are looking for a driven professional to strengthen their warehouse team. Working Hours
You’re flexible: day, evening, night (5 weeks per year), and occasional Saturday shifts during peak seasons are possible for you.
As a Team Leader you are responsible for coordinating and guiding a team within a fast‑paced fashion logistics environment. You ensure that daily targets are met, processes run efficiently, and your team is motivated to deliver high‑quality results.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate daily warehouse activities.
- Coach, motivate, and support team members to achieve operational goals.
- Monitor and manage KPIs such as productivity, quality, and throughput.
- Identify operational bottlenecks and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure adherence to SOPs, safety regulations, and quality standards.
- Collaborate closely with Supervisors and Operations Managers to optimize workflows.
- Report operational progress and deviations to management.
- Support peak periods and work across different shifts when required.
Your Profile
- Experience in logistics; fashion logistics is a strong advantage.
- Strong communication skills in English and Dutch.
- Hands‑on leadership style: visible on the floor, structured, and solution‑oriented.
- Comfortable working with WMS systems and MS Office.
- VCA certified or willing to obtain certification.
- Flexible availability across multiple shifts (morning, evening, night, occasional Saturdays).
