Warehouse Supervisor at Almere, Flevoland

They are expanding their logistics operations in Almere, and we are looking for a driven professional to strengthen their warehouse team. Working Hours

You’re flexible: day, evening, night (5 weeks per year), and occasional Saturday shifts during peak seasons are possible for you.

What You’ll Do

• Lead the daily warehouse operation and monitor team KPI’s.
• Keep processes running efficiently and solve bottlenecks quickly.
• Motivate, coach, and guide your team: from onboarding to performance reviews.
• Ensure safety, quality, and smooth workflow across the warehouse.
• Manage planning, priorities, and reporting.
• Act as the link between the team and management.

Who You Are

• MBO+/HBO level or equivalent experience.
• Experience in logistics (fashion is a plus).
• Strong communicator in Dutch & English.
• Skilled with WMS and Office applications.
• VCA certified (or willing to obtain).
