For a client in Oosterhout, we are looking for Orderpickers for a long-term position. As an Orderpicker, you will be responsible for gathering the orders placed by customers. A handy tool they use for orderpicking is the hand scanner. Working with a hand scanner ensures that every product is immediately registered, and the Orderpicker maintains a good overview of their order lists.
In addition to picking orders, you can also expect the following tasks:
Working Hours:
Morning Shift: 06:00 AM – 02:00 PM
Afternoon Shift: 02:00 PM – 11:00 PM
Night Shift: 11:00 PM – 06:00 AM (this will become available after 5-6 months of working due to experience within the company).

As an Orderpicker, you meet the following requirements:
As an Orderpicker, you meet the following requirements:
- You are physically fit; products can weigh up to 20kg, and you walk nearly 16km per day.
- You are available for 36-40 hours
- You have proficiency in the English language.
- You are willing to work in a chilled environment.
- A background in logistics or production is a plus.
Arbeidsvoorwaarden:
As an Orderpicker, you will receive:

- Shift allowance (150% after 10:00 PM)
- 8.33% holiday pay
- One-week paid training on-site
- Free dinner if you work the evening shift
- Starting salary of €13.64 per hour and after 3 months €14.61 per hour.
